Under Graduation Admission

YMT Dental College has achieved a remarkable record ever since it was founded in the year 2000. The Institution was recognized by the Dental Council of India in 5th July, 2005. Presently we admit 100 students to the BDS Course every year.

Criteria for Admission to B.D.S. Course
  • Have completed 17 Years of age as on the 18th October of the Admission Year
  • Be medically fit to undergo the course and practice dentistry
  • Have passed the NEET examination or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as optional subjects and English as one of the languages
  • Have secured 50% Marks in these three subjects and English taken together. However, for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates, the minimum marks are 40%
  • Admission to the course shall be based on the merit in the entrance test conducted by NEET

Procedure

Candidate should submit the application form along with the following certified copies:

  • National Eligibility cum Entrance Test(NEET)
  • S.S.C. (10th Std.) Marks Card
  • H.S.C. (12th Std.) Marks Card
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Date of Birth Certificate
  • Blood Group Report
  • Migration Certificate by Board
  • Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe students should produce Caste & Income Certificate
  • Physical Fitness Certificate with marks of identification
  • 4 Passport size and 2 Stamp Size Photographs of student
  • Eligibility Certificate from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences(MUHS), Nashik
  • Passport & Visa copies in case of foreign students
  • Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe students should produce the Caste and Income Certificate issued by the Tahasildar for current academic year at the time of admission
  • OBC students should produce the concerned Certificate and Income Certificate from Tahasildar for current academic year at the time of admission
  • Photocopy of Student's PAN Card

Post Graduation Admission

  • Original Rank Card of NEET Examination
  • S.S. C. (10th Std) Marks Card
  • Transfer Certificate from the College where the B.D.S. Course completed
  • First to Final Year B.D.S. Marks Cards
  • Degree Certificate from the University
  • Compulsory Internship Completion Certificate for period of one year
  • Registration Certificate from State Dental Council of India
  • Migration Certificate from the University where B.D.S. Course completed
  • Physical Fitness Certificate with marks of identification
